Description:
Monksmoor Park is a new edge of town community development situated in a countryside setting, just over a mile to the north east of Daventry town center, Northamptonshire.
Monksmoor Park is a development that fully embraces the Garden Village ideology.
Once complete Monksmoor Park will consist of:
- Up to 1,000 new homes
- A small local center with a community building, retail units and office space
- A new 1.5FE primary school
- Allotments for residents and local people
- New children’s play areas
- A range of public open spaces
- An extension to Daventry Country Park and reservoir

Daventry Town
Daventry is a town with a considerable housing build programme offering high quality living space across the district.
New developments around the town include: Monksmoor and Mickle Well Park (which are currently underway), whilst in Daventry District large urban centres such as Overstone Leys and Buckton Fields are under construction.
Daventry will soon boast a new Leisure Facility offering gym and swimming services, amongst others.

Work on the A45 Daventry Development Link Road is due to complete in June 2018 which will improve transport links between the towns of Northampton and Daventry, and improve access between Daventry and the M1 motorway further adding to the attractiveness of the area as a place to live and work.
