Description:

 

Monksmoor Park is a new edge of town community development situated in a countryside setting, just over a mile to the north east of Daventry town center, Northamptonshire.

Monksmoor Park is a development that fully embraces the Garden Village ideology.

Once complete Monksmoor Park will consist of:

  • Up to 1,000 new homes
  • A small local center with a community building, retail units and office space
  • A new 1.5FE primary school
  • Allotments for residents and local people
  • New children’s play areas
  • A range of public open spaces
  • An extension to Daventry Country Park and reservoir

Daventry Town

Daventry is a town with a considerable housing build programme offering high quality living space across the district.

New developments around the town include: Monksmoor and Mickle Well Park (which are currently underway), whilst in Daventry District large urban centres such as Overstone Leys and Buckton Fields are under construction.

Daventry will soon boast a new Leisure Facility offering gym and swimming services, amongst others.
